Once again, we will be using the Positive Behavior System at Monarch for the 2011-2012 school year. Each child will be able to earn up to $3.00 Monarch Money per day for good behavior. The following reward system will be used for this school year:

• August - Snow cones and extra recess
                $30.00 (1-5)     $25.00 (4K and 5K)

• September - Fun Day w/ slide    $55.00

• October - Dress Up Parade with Candy   $50.00

• November/December - Santa Shop

• February - Fun Day w/ big slide   $100.00

• March - Snow cones and extra recess   $40.00

• April/May - SuperStar Celebration with waterslide    $80.00

Money will not be awarded for students who are tardy (after 7:50) and who are picked up early without a doctor's excuse.

Students may choose to save their money by not participating in monthly activities. Students may not share money. Other opportunities for spending Monarch Money include grade level incentives such as Pajama Day, Hat Day and Friend Friday.
