The South Carolina State Fair's Ride of Your Life Scholarship | The South Carolina State Fair annually awards 50 scholarships to South Carolina high school students planning to pursue their studies at any public or private college, university, or technical college in the state. The $10,000 scholarships are awarded at an annual rate of $2,500 and are based on academic and extracurricular achievement, communication skills, need, and completeness of the application. | Mar. 15 |
The Bobby Chapman Scholarship | The student recipient must be accepted as a full-time student in an accredited college or university offering academic programs leading to the baccalaureate degree. The Scholarship Committee will only accept FIVE applications per high school. Please note that these five (5) applications will be reviewed by The Spartanburg County Foundation’s Scholarship Committee along with other applications submitted from high schools across the region. The student recipient is to be a person of good character, a person with demonstrated leadership capacity, a person who has acceptable academic promise, and a person who promises to make a positive contribution as a mature citizen. UCHS Class of 95 Scholarship* | The UCHS Class of ’95 Scholarship Fund awards three scholarships each year to Union County High School graduating seniors in the following categories: Academics, Athletics, and First-Generation.
