How to Access your 1095-C

The Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (PBRA), specifically reduces the administrative load for employers and health insurers by making Affordable Care Act (ACA) tax forms (1095-B/C) available only upon request, rather than automatically mailed.  Employees may request a copy of their 1095-C via email at benefits@union.k12.sc.us, by calling 864-429-1740, or in person at 130 West Main Street, Union, SC  29379.  Requests will be completed and mailed to the employee’s address on file within 30 days.  A copy of the employee’s 1095-C will be posted to the Employee IVPortal by the annual IRS deadline, which is March 2, 2026, for the 2025 tax year.
