Union County Schools Educational Hall of Fame

The Educational Hall of Fame aims to honor those individuals whose dedication, passion, and leadership have significantly enriched the educational experiences of our students and have helped shape the future of our community. This recognition will not only celebrate the achievements of these outstanding individuals but also inspire current and future educators to strive for excellence in their roles.

Nomination Process
The Union County Schools invites community members to submit nominations for the inaugural class of inductees into the Educational Hall of Fame. Nominations can be made for former employees of the school district, including teachers, administrators, support staff, and board members.

The deadline for nominations is February 28, 2025. Nomination forms and additional information can be found below in both digital and printable versions.

Criteria for Selection

Nominees may come from these categories, with no specific number required in each category

Teacher--Administrator--Board Member--School Employee

A deceased individual can be nominated/selected

No more than three inductees will be allowed yearly

Inductees cannot be inducted into the Hall of Fame until the year after their service has ended.

Nominees not selected will be left in the nominee pool for two years

Nominations are accepted from students, educators, alumni, and the community at-large

 Timeline for Selection

Nominations will remain open until February 28, 2025

  Selection committee will review and make determination by March 28, 2025
