Mission Statement

Union County Schools and its stakeholders commit to students first

in building community, excellence, and life-long learning.  

Building a Tradition of Excellence.

Located in the “Heart” of the Piedmont of South Carolina, the District of Union County is made up of 7 schools and about 4500 students.   We currently have one (1) High School, three (3) K-5 Schools, two (2) K-8 Schools, and one (1) 6-8 Grade School.

    January 16 - MLK Day = NO SCHOOL

    February 10 - Teacher Work Day - NO STUDENTS

    March 15 - Parent Conference

    March 16 - ½ Day Parent Conference - NO STUDENTS

    April 2-6 - SPRING BREAK

    May 24 - Last  Day for Students
