The phone lines at Union County High School are still down. We originally reported the issue to our service provider, AT&T, on July 30 , 2025. We have escalated the issue to its highest level and have contacted numerous individuals inside of AT&T to assist us in getting the issue resolved. We understand the impact this has, especially on the first week of school, however, at this time the resolution is outside of our control. We will continue to check back with our service provider until the issue has been resolved and work with them on ways to prevent this amount of downtime in the future. We appreciate your patience as AT&T continues to investigate what is going on. We especially would like to thank the office staff at UCHS and our District Office for diligently working around the phones not being available.

Recently social media posts have displayed individuals calling for the damage of school computers/laptops. The process details a set of actions that can potentially be dangerous for the student and is very easy to detect that someone has performed this "challenge" on one of our devices. Please keep in mind that if a school laptop is intentionally damaged these actions could result in not only disciplinary actions but based on the amount of damage could be considered destruction of public property and legal actions could also be considered. Any laptops damaged in such a way will not be covered under any insurance and will result in a fine of $350 being applied to the student's account. Please assist us in discouraging our students from participating in such actions and destroying devices purchased with our tax dollars.

Our 2024-2025 Region and State Wrestling Champions were recognized at our Union County Schools Board meeting on Monday 4/28/2025. Congratulations to all of them for their outstanding athletic performance.
