Jonesville Middle School will host a sports physical event for student athletes on April 2, 2026, from 12:00–3:00 PM in partnership with ReGenesis Health Care.
This event provides an easy opportunity for students to complete their required physicals for upcoming sports participation. No appointment is necessary, and parental presence is not required.
Students should bring:
Completed sports physical forms
Payment (cash, check, tap-to-pay, or mobile pay accepted)
All checks should be made payable to ReGenesis Health Care.
